Guangdong Holdings Limited ("GD Holdings") is an investment holding company established in January 2000. GD Holdings is a provincial, wholly state-owned company which is under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the People's Government of Guangdong Province.

At the end of 2017, GD Holdings had total assets valued over HKD100.00 billion and more than 12,000 employees. It had over 300 subsidiaries, including public utilities and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, hotels and hotel management, retail and wholesale businesses, as well as finance. A new "3+1" core-business model has been established, by which Water Resources, HOPSCA and Manufacturing & New Industrial Park are the core business with the complementary support of Industrial Finance.

GDH Limited ("GDH", together with GD Holdings collectively referred to as the "GD Group"), a subsidiary of GD Holdings, is currently the largest conglomerate of Guangdong Province operating outside mainland China. It has four companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, namely:

• Guangdong Tannery Limited (Stock Code: 1058)

And Guang Dong Yue Hai Hua Jin Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GD Holdings, has been listed on the National Small and Medium Enterprise (SWS) system (Stock abbreviation:华金科技, Stock Code: 870031).
